Hitch Perfect’s carefully crafted Design & Styling package is designed to guide you every step of the way in bringing your dream wedding to life, ensuring no detail is overlooked. From meticulously designed day-of elements to setting up your vision on the day, every aspect is handled with care and expertise. Together, we’ll bring your dreams to life, allowing you to enjoy every step of the path to “I Do.”
Package includes but is not limited to:
Unlimited phone and email correspondence.
Hitch Perfect’s unique concept design workshop followed by a detailed design proposal including colour palette, mood boards, styling, florals, stationery, cake, tablescapes, lighting, attire and any custom installations or creative projects.
Complete wedding design and styling, including inventory management, hire arrangements, purchase-vs-hire analysis, and suggestions for repurposing ceremony styling elements for the reception.
Vendor management for all styling suppliers, including research, contracting, negotiations, final confirmations, and ongoing oversight. This covers all correspondence, logistics coordination, and payment scheduling related to styling vendors.
Comprehensive styling budget management, including preliminary estimated expense allocations, coordination of payment plans, and a budget-to-actual tracker accessible online throughout the entire process.
Venue site visit and styling meeting to finalise design logistics.
On the day styling set up and styling supplier management, including coordination of pack-down and bump-out logistics for styling vendors.
A personalised client portal for styling elements.
Creation of a styling timeline and floor plan in consultation with styling vendors.
Styling coordinator and one assistant for set up and remain onsite if repurposing of ceremony styling items required.
