Starting from 6-8 weeks out, every aspect of your wedding day is handled with care and expertise. Together, we’ll bring your vision to life, allowing you to enjoy every step of the path to “I Do.”

Detailed handover meeting 6–8 weeks before the event to review your wedding vision, vendor bookings, styling, setup, inventory, and timeline creation. During this meeting, we’ll identify any overlooked details and provide a comprehensive action plan to ensure your day runs smoothly.
Final site visit, if necessary.
Creation and management of a 3-day timeline.
Vendor coordination, including confirming all details, managing bump-in and bump-out schedules, overseeing inventory, ensuring alignment with the timeline, and discussing day-of communication methods.
Unlimited phone and email correspondence.
Full setup, styling, and coordination on the day of your event.
Online personalised planning portal.
Coordination of supplier logistics for pack-down and bump-out.

Conducting a morning-of rehearsal, if required.
Overseeing ceremony logistics, including greeting and seating guests, playing formal music through the celebrant's PA system, cueing the celebrant and bridal party for a flawless procession, and distributing programs or confetti cones.
Relocating styling items from the ceremony to the reception (where feasible) and managing ceremony pack-down if needed.
Preparing the reception by lighting candles, arranging signage, repurposing bridal party bouquets and other finishing touches.
Coordinating with vendors to ensure tasks are completed on time and schedules run smoothly.
Managing the timeline and making adjustments as needed to stay on track.
Responding to questions from suppliers, the venue, and guests on your behalf.
